How it works
Each week your child will explore topics such as:
-
Kindness & friendships

Confidence & self-worth
-
Emotions & expression
-
Resilience & problem solving
-
Calming big feelings
-
Gratitude & positivity
-
Mindfulness
-
Celebrating themselves
AND SO MUCH MORE!
Our sessions are implemented through creativity, crafts and fun activities- all while learning practical tools your child can use in everyday life. Our after school club is led by Lucy, a Qualified Children’s Mental Health Coach who is passionate about early intervention in children, you can learn more about Lucy here.
Through this after school club Lucy will support your child to build emotional resilience, grow in confidence, and enjoy a safe space to make friends and develop new life skills.

Our after school club is not a replacement for deeper therapeutic support but a great addition as an early intervention approach to support you child to manage their emotional wellbeing. It can be a great starting point before delving into 1:1 Creative Mentoring with Reason 4 Being.
