Youth Mentoring

Youth mentoring designed to build your child's confidence & develop their positive self talk so that they can feel happier in their life. Whilst learning the tools to make a consistent change in their life.

For young people aged 11-19.

  • Feeling overwhelmed

  • Feeling unhappy in their life

  • Feeling annoyed with themselves that they can’t just be happy and confident like others

Sessions are all personalised and vary depending on your child's needs.

How does it work?

Our first few sessions give me the opportunity for me to build trust and report with your child and learn about what is going on for them.


From here I will map out a pathway to support your child's growth. This usually involves 3 of these techniques but can vary.:

  1. 1:1 coaching and mentoring to give them a space to be heard from an unbiased point of view. With coaching used to develop their self esteem and reduce their negative thinking. 

  2. Outdoor practical sessions if suited from an activity such as walking, painting, pottery, sports, volunteering etc. These practical sessions are designed to help build your childs confidence and get them used to things slightly out of there comfort zone. Please note this will be done at the child’s pace.

  3. I will do practical exercises with them in sessions from mood boards, vision boards, self expression painting, journal prompts to do at home, research tasks, meditations in session and recordings to listen to at home.


Sessions are held either at my home or on walks, parks, relaxing mutual spaces. This can be arranged upon enquiry.

I work with my clients over a minimum of 6 sessions  ideally with weekly sessions. Every session is 45 minutes.
£20 per session

Once you graduate the 6 weeks you can either continue sessions or move to bi-weekly or monthly sessions for going support. I always like to encourage clients to book in check ins every few months for on going support.

What's included:
- Every client gets homework tasks- to build self-esteem, confidence, manage mood and more

Recorded meditations to listen to at home to support in between sessions
- Journal prompts to reflect on your progress

- Personalized mentoring sessions which are very intuitive. They can either be talking sessions or a personalised meditation.

- Techniques to use at home to learn how to manage your own mental health
